4 Months Old.

Lily turned 4 months old yesterday!

Happy Thanksgiving!

My second time to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for my little family to enjoy. I only called my Mama 4 times. I'm an old pro now.

The neck! The perfect snack while I wait.

Finally the turkey is done. Phil asked for the second year in a row, "How do you cut this thing?"

He needs to study up before next year I think.

Lily waits patiently at the table, mouth watering.

And it's time to eat!

Lily stuffed herself on rolls.
I pulled it off again. Thanksgiving #2, done!

Winter wear.

Baby it's cold outside!

Ready for a winter walk.

Lily said, "It's hard to put my arms down in this suit!"

"I can't put my arms down!!"

New Things Part II.

Lily has been learning many new things over the last couple weeks.

1) Spinning. She starts here.

And ends here.

One more time. Start.

Finish.

2) Sitting in her Bumbo.

3) Laughing for sure now!

4) Wearing Mama's cloths. I think I was 6 months old when I wore this though.

Texas

We were able to spend a week in Texas this month. Lily loved the 13 hour drive and finally getting to meet some of her relatives. Here are some, or a lot, of pictures of all the loved ones we were able to see.

At Phil's parents house.

Grandpa Neil and Grandma Verna

Lily and Fafa (Aunt Sylvia) who came all the way from Alabama just to meet her!

Fancy night out for us and Tim and Lindsay!

Phil's brother Tim and wife Lindsay. Missing is a picture of the delicious pheasant quesadillas.

Down in Austin we hit a favorite Taco stand! Aunt Krissy and cousin Anna Pudding get to meet Lily. Anna dressed up for the occasion.

Uncle Jimmy and Opa!

At Grandmammy's house!

Uncle Scot and Elle.

Squanto takes on Uncle Philip. Uncle Philip ends up with a sprained ankle.

Cuncle (cousin/uncle) Wes!

Cousins!

Lily's first sink bath.

Friends and BBQ!

Uncle Jimmy, Aunt Sandy, Elle and Sara sit in adoration.

A week with family in Texas just isn't long enough.

Aaacckkk!

This isn't a picture of last year's snow fall. It's back. Our high today is a toasty 37 degrees. I'm so glad we're leaving for Texas.

Daddy's Girl.

This apple fell very close to the tree...

Bed Time.

Lily puts Daddy to bed.

She gave him hugs,

sang him a song,

and ate his nose.

Worked like a charm. Night night Daddy.

Trick or Treat!

I was ready for Halloween in Bancroft this year! The weather was great, only in the 50s, so the kids were everywhere! I carved up some pumpkins for our porch to lure them in. It worked.

Our little Flapper! Lily's first Halloween and all she could think of was sneaking out to the speakeasy for a little hooch. She had to settle for trick or treating on Main St instead.

Daddy's girl! Boop boop bee doo!

The proud papa parading Lily. Here are some of her friends we saw while cruising Main.

Caleb the T-Rex.

Braxton as Eyeore.

And if anyone else besides Lily were to win cutest costume award it would go to Alix, she's a Cleaning Lady! Audra was a cowgirl, she loves horses.

Alix LOVES baby Lily!

The Hales, all ready for the trick or treaters!
